Our journey begins at Santorini’s awe-inspiring volcano. You’ll spend 1 hour and 30 minutes exploring this fascinating geological site. Please note, entry requires a €5 fee and involves moderate walking during the hike.

From there, we head to Palea Kameni for a refreshing swim in its natural hot springs. Spend 30 minutes floating in warm volcanic waters. The boat will anchor roughly 30–40 meters from shore, and guests should be confident swimmers, as reaching the springs involves a moderate swim.

Next, we visit Thirasia Island. You’ll have 2 hours of free time—either enjoy a traditional Greek meal in one of the quaint taverns by the sea or take a stroll through the quiet beauty of the island’s main village.

Afterward, we cruise back to the departure port, passing by the beautiful cliffside towns of Oia, Imerovigli, and Firostefani. Throughout the trip, our friendly and informative guides are here to assist and enhance your experience.

Departure from Old Port (No Pickup Option)

If you opt for the tour without a pick-up service, the starting point will be at the Old Port of Fira.

Departure Time: 10:30 AM. Be sure to confirm the time and plan to arrive at the Old Port at least 45 minutes before departure.
How to Get to the Old Port: You have two ways to reach the Old Port from Fira town: by cable car or by walking down the steps.

• Cable Car: The cable car departs every 15 minutes from Fira. You can board it near the town center for a scenic ride down to the Old Port. The Santo Star office is just a short walk from the cable car exit at the port, making it easy to find.

• Walking: If you enjoy a bit of exercise, you can choose to walk down the 588 steps to the Old Port. The descent takes about 30 minutes and offers stunning views of the Caldera. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes and pace yourself.

Arriving at the Old Port: Once you arrive, make sure you have enough time to locate the Santo Star office. It’s near the cable car exit, and signs will guide you. If you’re unsure, ask locals for directions. Arriving early will help avoid delays.

Meeting the Company Representative: At the Santo Star office, you’ll meet a company representative who will provide more information and answer any questions. They will also give you any necessary instructions for the tour.

Boarding the Boat: When the boat arrives, follow the instructions from your tour escort or company representative for boarding. Be sure to have your ticket and any necessary documents ready for the process.

Welcome Aboard: After you board, your tour escort will greet you, introduce themselves, and give you a brief overview of the tour, including the itinerary, sites you’ll visit, and safety guidelines. Feel free to ask any questions before the tour starts.

If you choose the pick-up option for your tour, your departure point will be from Athinios Port.

Pick-up Service: Before your departure, a bus will be arranged to pick you up from a specific location and transport you to Athinios Port. You’ll receive detailed information about the pick-up location and time ahead of time, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free start to your adventure.

Boarding the Bus: Arrive at the designated pick-up spot on time and wait for the bus to arrive. Be sure to have your tickets ready for verification.

Bus Journey to Athinios Port: Relax and enjoy the comfortable bus ride to Athinios Port. Take in the scenic views during the journey and get ready for the exciting activities awaiting you.

Arriving at Athinios Port: When the bus arrives at Athinios Port, it will park in the designated area. Follow the driver’s or tour representative’s instructions as you exit the bus and gather your belongings.

Ticket Verification and Grouping: Head to the designated check-in area at the port with your tickets ready. Present them to the staff for verification. Participants will be divided into groups based on their language preference to ensure smooth communication with the tour guides throughout the trip.

Boarding the Boat: After the ticket check and group assignment, follow the instructions to board the boat. The staff will direct you to the correct boarding area.
